As a woman with career goals, you’ve played by the rules and done exactly what you’re “supposed” to do.

You’ve studied. Worked late hours. Done everything that’s asked of you and more. Yet according to recent research, you and many of your female coworkers earn significantly less than your male counterparts.
In your mind, you’ve always envisioned Future You as a “high-powered career woman” and leader. A doer with big dreams and an ambitious spirit.
But as each new chapter of your life brings its inevitable changes and the occasional plot twist — whether it’s starting a family or taking care of aging parents — the space in your heart and in your mind, once reserved for dreaming and doing, gets smaller and smaller.

The exhausting truth is that beyond work exists an entirely different set of responsibilities, expectations and people who rely on you.

Morning, noon, and night, you are needed.

No matter how tired you are each evening, the minute your head hits the pillow, the endless running to-do list begins...

  • Email Jim from accounting about last month’s expense report
  • Train new hire
  • Finalize Friday’s presentation
  • Wash kid’s football uniform before next practice
  • Reschedule that teeth cleaning you’ve already cancelled twice
  • Buy mother-in-law’s birthday gift
  • Meal prep for week
  • Reserve your favorite bike for lunchtime cycling class
The fact is: Your current work situation simply doesn’t offer you the flexibility, fair pay and/or opportunity you need to be the leader, parent, partner, or daughter you want to be.
The mental load of being a working woman, parent, partner and/or caregiver is draining. The more life demands of you, the less work seems to fit your lifestyle.
And then. Then.
The moment your internal struggles start to show on the outside even the teensiest bit, someone has the gall to say you’re “too emotional.”

I’ll tell you what makes me emotional.

(Not the teary-eyed kind of emotional. The stand-up-
speak-out-and-do-something-about-it kind of emotional.)

The fact that women…

Score highly on leadership, but are missing in action.

Earn less than men when they work full-time.

Disappear higher up the ranks.

Lose 4 times their annual salary for every year taken off for family reasons.

The number of women heading up organisations is falling (the number of female CEOs was down 25% as of December 2018).

Earn 51% less than men over the course of 15 years, purely for family reasons.

Are you starting to feel
a little fire under your feet?

Good. So am I.

As I was developing the programme I’m about to share with you, I never once lost sight of the fact that, in my 20 years as a media trainer, moderator, and consultant for some of the world’s top companies, I can count the number of female C-level executives I’ve been hired to work with on one hand.

And that I am often the only woman on stage at conferences.

That the women in top management that I do train are often being prepared to participate in something that’s related to them being female - and not showcasing their zone of genius. Like the time the VP of a multinational company that looks after a huge, challenging area of the world was being prepped to take part in a panel discussion on…wait for it…Diversity and Inclusion. She was a VP in a STEM sector.

I told her that if I was in the audience, I would ask her one question that would tell me everything about her company’s values.

The question was:
Was she paid the same as her male counterparts?
The silence was deafening. That was a huge wakeup call for me.

A week later, I was chairing a 2-day event for another global company. They wanted more women to step up and take on General Manager roles and beyond.

You’d think that’s great, right? Especially as this company was its industry’s first signatory to #HeForShe that the United Nations started in the name of equality.

What happened over those 2 days really shook me. The majority of the women in the room (it was mostly women) were silent. They shifted uneasily in their seats when asked to participate, rarely put their hand up, and all I could think was 'go for it.'

They didn’t have the skills and tools to be able to showcase their brilliance in a way that resonates, is relevant, and remembered (for the right reasons).

They were concerned that putting their hand up could mean saying goodbye to their family life.
In both these incidents, it boiled down to the women not knowing how to get across what they need and want. What they will and won’t do. What they want to get off their chest and share. In a way that gets buy-in. In a way that means whoever they’re speaking / discussing/ negotiating with ‘gets’ what they’re saying/ requesting/ proposing.

I realised then that instead of passing on my knowledge to people at the top of their game, and helping big corporations get buy-in for what they’re doing, I want you and women like you to have these skills and tools.

So you can get across what you need, and want - now and later - so you can sustain your sanity, your success, and be solvent.

So you can bring about the change that you need, right now, in your professional, and private life.

It could mean the difference between you having choice and dignity. Or dying broke. Staying stuck, or taking up your rightful space, and knowing how to stay there.
Here’s the deal: women are 3 times more likely to live below the poverty line in their 70s.

Women like you are 80% more likely to be poor at 65.
That’s not OK. And I don’t want it to happen to you.

My hope is that I can inspire you to take charge of your own personal development.

That I can get you to see a practical ‘I can do it! And here’s how,' path to where your ambition and ability lie.

Do I mean chain yourself to your desk? Hell no.
I believe in choice. It has to be an informed choice. Meaning, I want you to make decisions in keeping with your values and your phase of life. I believe that if you know what you are likely up against, you’ll change your approach to it, and the way you go about it.

So you don’t end up hitting a wall and taking time off without a plan for your next phase.
So you don’t end up being one of the 65% of women who are lucky enough to be reemployed after a break (not everyone finds a job), who work below their ability level - which means they earn below their ability level too.

How am I doing this? By passing on the skills, tools, and knowledge that’ll get you Seen. Heard. Empowered. So you can:

Raise your profile. Sustain your (version of) success. Earn more when you do work.

So who am I?

Hi, I’m Nima.

Person. Parent. Pupil. And like you, I’m sorting out which takes priority daily.
Throughout my career as an award-winning journalist, columnist, and broadcaster, I’ve always been surrounded by more men than women. In fact, I was usually the only woman in the room. And it’s because I work mostly with men, that I created S.H.E. Strategy.
As the face of the BBC World programme “Middle East Business Report,” I covered the uprisings and revolutions in the Middle East, the boom bust cycle of the region’s economies and more. I’ve interviewed presidents of countries, royalty, heads of businesses to taxi drivers, and the unemployed. I am considered a thought leader and am often approached by think-tanks, the corporate world and government entities to moderate panels, provide media training for speakers, and help shape and design diversity initiatives.
For 20 years I’ve owned my own consulting agency, training
C-suite executives and CEOs. I am a trusted, discreet pair of hands, brought in to help prepare leaders to address pertinent issues, face the media, or prepare for a panel discussion, forum or event.

When the world’s biggest companies have something
important to say, I’m the person they bring in to help make
sure that what they say is heard.

I want to help you get across what you need, want, and do, in a way that resonates, is relevant, and remembered. Doing this means that what you say is heard. You sustain your success. You don't die broke.

I want you to be able to do 3 things:

Raise your profile. Sustain your success. Earn more.

So you have dignity and choice in your life. Now and later.

I know you’re brilliant at what you do. Are you the world’s best kept secret?

Do you miss out on opportunities?
Are you ‘able’ to earn well, but take time out due to family reasons - which means you earn nothing?

Then S.H.E. Strategy is for you. It’s the skills, tools, and knowledge to keep you being Seen.Heard.Empowered - so you can sustain your (version of) success.

It doesn’t matter what degrees or promotions you have, or what projects or experience you have under your belt, if you can’t sustain your success.

Hitting a wall, stepping off the ladder, or saying ‘no’ to opportunity is why women are 3 times more likely to live below the poverty line in their 70s. It’s why they are 80% more likely to be poor at 65.

That’s not OK and I don’t want that to happen to you.

So here’s what you can do about it:
Raise your profile. Sustain your success. Earn more when you do work.
Most of the world leaders and government officials I interviewed during my time as a BBC broadcast journalist? Men.

The majority of co-workers, panelists, and experts I encounter in my work as both a journalist and moderator? Men.

More often than not, I’m the only female speaker (or one of just a couple).

I’m on a mission to help change that, one woman and one organization at a time.

Now, don’t misunderstand me...I admire, and respect the majority of the men I’ve had the privilege to work with (in fact, I’m raising a little man myself and teaching him to open his eyes to the gender inequality around him).

But as an award-winning journalist in a male-dominated world and culture, it pains me to read articles like
this one from The Guardian:
Official figures show that women aged 25-54 are more stressed than their male colleagues, with this pressure peaking for those aged 35-44, when many women are juggling family responsibilities, such as caring for children and elderly parents.

The
Guardian

Dr Judith Mohring, lead consultant psychiatrist at Priory’s Wellbeing Centre in the City of London, said women were under constant, intense pressure, with company restructuring, lack of managerial support and balancing work and family life leaving them feeling drained.

The
Guardian

Women faced additional workplace pressures, such as having to prove they were as good as men, not being valued or promoted, unequal pay, and being expected to ‘look the part’, added Mohring, who treats many female professionals.

Of course, you already know this, because you’re living it every day.

But what if you had another choice? The choice to turn your current career into one that
fulfills you personally and financially, while allowing you the flexibility you need to be the parent and
partner you want to be.

You can be the best at what you do. You can show up
to work every day and wait to be acknowledged,
handed that promotion, offered that raise.

But the truth is if you don’t ask for what you want and need, you will likely never get it.

If you don’t know how to…

  • Make yourself seen in the right way, by the right people
  • Position yourself as an indispensable member of your organization
  • Clearly communicate your worth to your boss
  • Negotiate with confidence
  • Ask for a work arrangement that allows you to balance work and life
  • Understand the value (both monetary and non-monetary) that diversity and inclusion bring to your company

If you’re like the many women I’ve encountered throughout my career and in my personal life, the thought of taking time off or leaving it all behind has crossed your mind more than once.

If you’re like the many women I’ve encountered throughout my career and in my personal life, the thought of taking time off or leaving it all behind has crossed your mind more than once.

Maybe you dream of the moment you turn in your resignation letter (perhaps you’ve already written it in your head).

But if our current reality as working women is ever going to change, the
world needs more women like you to stay in the game. More important, we
need women like you to stand up, ask for what you want and need, and lead
the way for other women to do the same.

So what is our current reality? Let’s take a look.

Women make up roughly more than 50% of the world’s population, yet only 6% of CEO positions are held by women.

6% of companies have strategies for diversity hiring, but only 25% set gender diversity targets.

The higher up the corporate ladder you go, the bigger the gender (and pay) gap is.

50% of successful women felt they held themselves back and did not even consider going for promotions.

These days, there’s a whole lot of talk about female empowerment
and equality in the workplace.

But the numbers show that few organizations and individuals
are actually doing anything.

These days, there’s a whole lot of talk about female empowerment
and equality in the workplace.

But the numbers show that few organizations and individuals
are actually doing anything.

While other people talk, have meetings, create studies — I’m
taking action. I hope you’ll take action with me.

Because I believe with every ounce of my being that the best thing you can do for your future, for your family,
and for the future of all women is to bring about the change we need - I call this the ultimate DIY moment -
and to lean in to our earning potential when we do work.
I don’t mean stay chained to your desk. I believe in informed choice. I want you to make decisions knowing the facts. And I want you to know that yes, you have the right to make choices based on what’s important to you, your values, your phase of life.

If it means taking time off at some point, do it. But do it knowing what you’re up against. And have the tools and skills to reduce the risk of dying broke because you didn’t think your decision through, and set things in motion for the phase after ‘time off.’

I believe you can sustain your success. It’s just that your definition of ‘success’ will change as your phases of life change. What you need at work and at home will change too. Sustaining your success depends on your ability to get buy-in, and bring about the change that you need - so you stay sane, and able to sustain your success.

And yes, I believe you can do it without having to choose between your career and your family.

If you decide to join me, I’ll show you exactly how.

For over 20 years, I’ve been asked to moderate panels for the likes of the United Nations and other entities because I am trusted to cut to the chase, be relevant, engaging, and keep things running in a smooth, beneficial manner.

Global organizations such as World Economic Forum, Accenture, Investcorp, HSBC, NBK Capital, The FT Middle East Banking Forum, Eye on Earth, and various governments and more have come to me to help get their top people aligned with the message at that point in time, and able to get it out in a relevant, memorable way. They work with me because they want to stand out, be remembered, and communicate in a way that stands out from the noise around them.
I’ve traveled the globe helping individuals and organizations successfully spread their message, so they can position themselves the right way and get the kind of result they want.

Now I’m sharing my tried-and-true strategies to help you stand out and speak up, so you can build your own strong personal brand in the workplace, and feel confident advocating for yourself when it comes to negotiating pay, flextime, and more.
This training program is my contribution to making equality, inclusion, and diversity happen.

This Program Is for You if....

You are brilliant at what you do,
but lose out on opportunity.

You are brilliant at what you do, but lose out on opportunity.

  • You struggle to keep all the balls in the air and you’re afraid that taking on more (that big project, a promotion) will be too much.
  • It’s for you if you’ve ever been called “too emotional” or ‘stressed’ to indicate you are not good enough or able to deliver/ take on a role.
  • It’s for you if you’ve ever been passed over for a promotion by a man or felt the sharp sting of discovering that a male colleague in the same position as you is making significantly more.
  • It’s for you if you’ve ever heard your child cough over the monitor in the middle of the night and said a silent prayer to the universe that they don’t get sick because you just can’t miss work tomorrow.
  • It’s for you if you find yourself sitting in the back of the room quietly during meetings and conferences.
  • It’s for you if you feel like you’re failing at work and at home.
  • It’s for you if you think it’s downright shameful that women earn 51% less than men over a 15-year period purely due to family issues (#notfakenews).
  • And it’s for you if you’re a leader inside an organization who wants to do something (not just talk) about gender diversity and equality.

Above all. this is for you if you're done waiting
for your workplace and the world to change for you.

Instead, you’re ready to change it…

And to Do It Yourself - it’s the ultimate DIY moment!

For yourself and for every woman who comes after you, whether it’s a colleague, friend, or your own daughter.

My mission is simple: to provide you with tools you need to advocate for yourself in a way that’s effective.

I’ll teach you exactly how inside my new program:

S.H.E. Strategy

(Seen.Heard.Empowered)

Raise your profile. Sustain success. Earn more. A practical guide for women in the workplace.

The 5-step “S.H.E.” Strategy you need so you can speak up, stand out and clearly
communicate your needs and worth, so you can get ahead at life and work
The virtual mentorship is offered in 5 learning modules. Each module includes video,
downloadable tools, skill-building exercises, and actionable steps you can apply straight away.
In this program, you’ll learn how to harness your “executive presence,” position yourself as an indispensable member of your organization, and create your ideal “work-life scenario.” You’ll leave S.H.E. Strategy with a detailed proposal and “pitch” designed to help you ask your employer for exactly what you want, need and deserve. So you can continue to earn income and work toward your dreams, without sacrificing balance.

Module 1: Be Practical | Define your power and what you need right now

Here’s the truth: You need to negotiate your employment, not terminate it or diminish it. If you’ve felt exhausted and defeated by the belief that it’s impossible to have a career you love plus the flexibility to take the day off when your little one is sick without feeling guilty, this module will make you strut more confidently in your stilettos.

In this module, you’ll clarify and define what “having it all” means to you right now, in this phase of your life and begin creating a clear path toward helping you get there. First, we’ll figure out your power - what you are the ‘go-to’ person for. This is critical to define because it’s what separates you from everyone else. It’s what you’re going to lean into to get people coming to you for your expertise, which means other things happen too, like opportunity finding its way to you.. Then, we’ll begin building your airtight case for a work arrangement that works for you.

We’ll dive into:

  • Defining your power. What are you the ‘go-to’ person for? This is the unique combination of what you know, do, and how you do it. Getting really clear about this means you’ll get more of what you want, and less of the stuff that takes you away from it.
  • Why your company needs you as much as you need it, and how to make sure your HR department knows it (hint: more women means more profits, more productivity, and more innovation).
  • How to “lean in-between” and begin creating a proposal that’s a win-win for you and your company (aka gives you the flexibility you need right now, while ensuring you get the job done).

We’ll use the following tools:

  • As you go through the programme, you will create your own S.H.E. Blueprint Booklet using the programme’s cheatsheets, templates and worksheets. This is your guide. You will refer back to it every time you have something to say, and every time you have a significant decision to make.
  • Define Your Power: I am the ‘go-to’ person for: This exercise helps you define what you are known for, and decide what you want to be known for. This is the key to unlocking your potential. It will help you make decisions about work, and will help you flourish in every other part of your life too.
  • Self Assessment: This is your benchmark exercise. It helps get you clear on where you're stuck, and what needs to change so you are able to fulfil your potential, and get to where your ambition and ability lie.
  • Power of Negotiation Assignment: You will discover how to increase your chances of getting what you really really want, and why it’s important you do it.
  • Fact Cheatsheet: Examples of facts, stats, and figures relating to women at work. It’s important you are familiar with these, and include relevant information when negotiating for what you need and want. It includes tips on how to research relevant, credible facts for whatever you need too.
  • Accountability Assignments: No fluff... just practical steps to help you ease into being Seen, Heard, Empowered.
  • Your Be Practical Poem: Each module ends with a poem that summarises key points and gets the information to stick in a memorable way. Add this to your S.H.E. Blueprint Booklet and stick another copy somewhere you can see it!
By the end of Module 1, you’ll have the Wonder Woman-level clarity and rock-solid statistics you need to build your negotiation foundation for the work arrangement and/or salary that fits your needs and your company’s needs too.

Module 2: Be Seen | The power of presence starts with
how you see yourself

In this module, you’ll learn how to change the way people perceive you by changing the way you perceive, and feel about, yourself. I’ll guide you through small behavioral shifts that will help you convey that undeniable “she’s got presence” factor, every time you walk into a conference or boardroom, without saying a word. From confidence-boosting wardrobe essentials to strategically choosing where and how you sit and stand, your non-verbal communication speaks volumes. I’ll help you make sure you’re recognized as a high-impact contributor that your organization simply can’t afford to lose.

We’ll dive into:

  • Why you must begin showing up differently starting today to get what you want, and what it actually looks like to show up differently.
  • Practical tools to increase your “executive presence” factor, from showing up prepared to interacting with people in everyday situations, because decisions and judgements are made about you way before you get to your meeting.
  • How to look (and feel) like a leader, even if you’re new to management or not officially a boss just yet.

We’ll use the following tools:

  • Reflections Bundle: Finding clarity through asking the right questions, so that you become aware of the message you’re currently sending with the body-language habits you have right now.
  • Be Seen Checklist and Tips: A cheatsheet on how to use your body language to make powerful statements across different situations, so that you know how to project a confident presence, no matter the setting.
  • Be Physical 2-Minute Power Transition: The simple two-minute transition tool that will instantly get you “seen” and help you seamlessly segue and put the focus on your message.
  • Be Seen Feedback Form: Fill out this form before interactions that put you centre-stage, or where you could feel uncomfortable. It will help you decide how you want to present yourself and be seen, and why you want to do this.
  • Accountability Assignments: To help you quickly implement what you’re learning and see immediate results.

Module 3: Be Heard | Mastering message and impact

The thing is, it’s not about what you say, it’s about what others hear. Truth is, most of us aren’t natural-born communicators, negotiators and public speakers. That’s why there’s an entire industry dedicated to training people in both the media and in the corporate worlds to simplify their message, expand on it with grace, and control the conversation like a seasoned professional.

In this module, you’ll learn how to communicate so you’re heard and your message is acted on. I’ll guide you through communicating your needs and wants in a way that resonates and relates to those who are listening.

We’ll dive into:

  • The media training secrets that will teach you how to use your words and tone to deliver your message in the most concise, powerful way possible.
  • Strategies to make sure people remember what you say and take action on it later, so you can position yourself as an influential leader in any setting.
  • Getting key information to stick and be remembered media hacks that will help you think on your toes and deliver value on-demand when you’re put on the spot, so you never miss an opportunity to stand out and shine.

We’ll use the following tools:

  • The Be Heard “Thought Organizer” Fill-in-the-Blank Template: A detailed exercise that guides you in training your brain to think more clearly, and by extension, speak more clearly.
  • Structure Your Message Form: How to distill what you’re saying into three core segments, to create memorable sound bites that have everyone around you remember your contribution.
  • Be Heard Swipe Copy: A cheatsheet of words proven to make an impact and help drive your point home.
  • Accountability Exercises: So you can implement what you’re learning and see results immediately.
  • Be Heard Poem
By the end of this module you’ll feel confident speaking up, communicating your ideas, and asking for
what you need when you need it.

Module 4: Be Empowered | Bringing it all together

So, you’ve nailed what you want to say and why. You’ve chosen the words to suit the occasion and the stakeholders you're speaking with. I bet this is where you spend most of your time - on the content.

The next step is to actually bring it all together and put it into action. By the end of this module you will know how to match up words, tone and presence. This is the secret to being able to achieve & sustain your success.

Whether it’s sharing at a meeting, speaking at an event, or participating in a discussion. The reality is that people don’t remember most of what you say - sorry….What they do remember is how you made them feel, plus a couple of takeaways. And the key to getting things to stick - the things you want them to remember - is in marrying the ‘what’ you are saying with ‘how’ you say it.

In this module we’re getting you to speak what you have to say. Literally. By getting your vocal cords ready. We have exercises to warm them up, that double up as a great way to get you centred, calm, and ready to deliver your power, your brilliance, your magic.

And there’s one more thing that you do in this module, that is so, so, so important - and that I haven’t come across anywhere - so I invented a tool to help you make it happen.

You test your message! What does it mean? It means you learn how to make sure that people ‘hear’ the 3 key things you want them to take away from your interaction. Remember, it’s not about what you say, it’s about what others hear. In this module you’ll find out how you can check, change, and nail what you have to say, so that it is what others hear.

We’ll dive into:

  • One of the most underrated, yet valuable skills you MUST master to be empowered.
  • How to check, and ensure, that what you have to say is what is heard, BEFORE your event.
  • How to change things so that your key points are what others pick up on.
  • How to match words, tone, and presence. This is the secret to being able to achieve, and sustain your success.

We’ll use the following tools:

  • Reflection Exercises: To get you noticing what works, and what doesn’t, when it comes to being a great speaker.
  • Preparing Your Voice Exercise so you ‘speak’ what you have to say: How you sound has a significant impact on how people perceive you. This exercise is how you make sure your voice is ready and matches the power of your words and your physical presence.
  • Your Checklist To Nail Communicating To Resonate and Influence: This is how you build more credibility. This checklist ensures that your words, presence, and tone match. This tool sets out every single thing you need to think about, figure out, do, and be, so that you ROCK when you interact. It’s one of the key templates executives hold on to when I train them, because they know what it means and what it’s worth. It clarifies your message, and deals with every aspect of how to communicate with influence, in a calm, replicable, rhythmic way.
  • Testing The Power Of Your Message Tool: This is a simple, but key exercise to ensure that what you are saying, and how you are saying it, gets across your key message. After completing the ‘Checklist’ tool above, you’ll test out your message on people, and refine your message according to their feedback.

Module 5: Be | What’s next

Here's what we're doing in this module: We're building your brand of success! This is really exciting :) We're cementing where you’re headed with your career and ambition, and bringing together everything we’ve worked on in the programme.

By the end of this module you will know that you must be your own biggest advocate and spokesperson. And you’ll have the tools to be and do this. You will come up with strategies to deal with boundaries and limitations, those that help you stay safe and sane, and those that hold you back. You will get clear around how to deal with what’s going on in your life now, and how to lean in to what’s next for you.

We’ll dive into:

  • Defining your brand of success.
  • Knowing your limits. Yes, you have limits. Some are universal, everyone has them, like time. Others are good for you - think of them as boundaries to keep you safe and sane.
  • But certain ones hold you back and keep you stuck. We’ll be figuring out yours, what they mean for you, and what you can do about them.
  • Figuring out what you need to ‘be’ right now, so that you become it later. It includes how you behave, carry yourself, the information and knowledge that you gain and share. All this leads to 'future you’. To be that future you, you must start behaving as though you’re already there. To make it simple: To ‘be’ it, you must ‘have’ the information, knowledge, presence, power, that goes with ‘it’. So you must start BEHAVING it. Be + Have = Behave.
  • Part of this is deciding what you will share with work. Self-disclosure is a key component of your success, sustainability, and sanity. Figuring out what you will, and will not, share with work is key. It could be personal information. Or professional ambition. Whatever it is, it’s important you make deliberate and intentional decisions around what you will and will not share, do, go for, and accept.
  • How to shift your thinking from “I’m not ready or qualified” to “I can learn by doing.”
  • Creating goals for the future.

We’ll use the following tools:

  • Personal Brand, Boundary Setting And Affirmation Tool: You will fill this in and revisit every 6 months. The boundaries, decisions and information you include here will help keep you sane, safe, and sustainable. Think of it as setting out your internal map - mapping out where you’re at, where you’re headed, and what will help, or hinder you getting there. The answers to the questions in the tool will change as your phases of life change.
  • Self-Disclosure Form: This is a simple form that will have you thinking about difficult decisions you must make around what you will, and will not share with your place of work.
  • Your S.H.E. Strategy Pledge: This is where you share what you are committing to doing - that leads you to your next big thing. It could be writing a thought-leadership piece, being interviewed, speaking at an event, holding a visible workshop. You are making a pledge to do something that will move the needle for you - so you are behaving, and being what’s next for you. Which means that’ll what people will perceive you as.
  • S.H.E. Strategy Poem
By the end of this module, you’ll have created a plan that allows you to stay earning and stay on your career path, without having to sacrifice your family time. You will emerge a leader, because you are bringing about change for yourself, and for every woman who comes after you. You will feel confident that your plan is not only in your best interest — it’s in your organization’s best interest too.

You will be invited to Showcase Your Brilliance! This is where you send a 3 minute video showcasing your power and putting what you have learned into action. It will be open to peer-to-peer feedback and feedback from me too.

Nima was the first person who came to mind when I was launching our Group’s global diversity and inclusion platform. Nima was very eager to jump in and get involved, adding much context and colour to our event as a presenter, moderator and overall “cheerleader” for what we were trying to achieve as a company. Since that time she has become a trusted mentor, career soundboard and trainer. She is a consummate professional with a genuine passion for empowerment.

It is very practical. I love that it gave me a road map to reach what I want. It hasn’t only helped me professionally, but personally as well.

Vanessa Burke

S.H.E.Strategy is one of the greatest developmental tools I have been exposed to because it helped me organise myself on a professional and personal level and gave me practical tools to showcase who I am, what I am interested in and my capabilities to achieve them. We all know “what” we want, S.H.E.Strategy showed me “how” to get it.

The moment Nima walked in during our preparations for the Oman Future Foresight Forum, I was struck by how she jumped into rehearsals. Nima brought our attention to pivotal matters and started tightening loose ends in the overall event script.

Tariq Ibrahim, Levenbert

The most impressive “presenter”I have ever encountered (and, trust me, I encounter dozens of them every year in every country in the world). Normally, presenters givewell crafted introductions of the speakers. They research their subjects and so on and so forth. But they don’t listen!!! You, on the other hand, paid attention to what was said, commented intelligently on the contributions, related the main ideas of two or more different speakers. In sum, you did an extraordinary job.
